Submit an Order

1. Submit an order using the form. I will respond to your email ASAP to confirm your order and ask any essential follow-up questions that I need to get started.

Schedule a Meeting (Optional)

1. This is recommended, but not necessary. If you have more questions for me, a special situation, more details about your idea, or just want to chat about my process, then schedule a meeting with me using the form on this page.

Down Payment

1. My response to your order will include a Cost estimate for the project and an invoice for half the payment up front. The general listed prices are the foundation, but price may vary depending on the request’s complexity. I will begin drawing after receiving payment.

First sketches sent for review

1. Communication is important, and my imagination can go many different directions with one idea. Within a week of receiving the down payment, I will send thumbnail sketches of the design in progress. This is your opportunity to address any notes or request any changes toward the final product. I will continue after receiving a response.

Final review

1. About a week after first sketches, I will email the finished product for review. Just like first sketches, there will be an opportunity to give any notes for me to revise in the design. I will also send an invoice for the finished product.

Delivery of Final Product

1. I will deliver the finished product after the final half of payment is received. This will be mailing the physical version or sending high quality versions of the digital file. Feel free to share and use the design how you wish. If you share on Social media, Tag my Instagram or refer folks to this page. I always love to see people’s reactions to my work.
